BMW 330i GT xDrive

KAFAS Mid Camera has software malfunction, internal fault, system does not operate as designed. Takes down all driver assistance features. Module unable to accept new coding/programming. BMW service information - B66 20 19

I have had to replace 6 of these tires on all wheels within in year as they develop bubbles even after almost being new with little mileage. I know of others who have similar problem. The service persons tell me that I am not alone with this issue. My son in his brand new BMW with same tires just got a bubble with 3K mikes on it.

My car was parked overnight, and the windshield had a huge crack from the bottom left (meeting at the hood) all the way to the middle of the windhsield. There is no sign of a physical impact that caused the damage such as a rock. I took the car to the dealership, and they confirmed it was a clean break and they don't see any impact damage either. 25V-636 This has been unresolved for 6 months with no sign of a fix. It’s a starter motor, not the space shuttle.

I am submitting a claim pertaining to NHTSA Recall Number 25V636000 which pertains to a engine starter issue that can result in fire. This recall was reported first on September 23, 2025 and has been gone without a remedy. Since as of today, it has been 212 days without a solution that I am driving a car that may catch fire. This is too long and I am seeking remediation in the form of a replacement vehicle.
